Awakened Beauty is the perfect harmony of the expression of the inner world of our Souls shining through the outer world of our bodies. Beauty shines first from within to then expand in the external world. Sometimes we tend to focus too much on our inner landscape, or too much on the outer shape of our bodies and we lose the opportunity to reach a full embodied harmony, therefore our Awakened Beauty. With the support of me and my friend and colleague Stephanie Nierhauve, which is a nutritionist, makeup artist, hair stylist, yoga and pilates teacher, we will guide you through a deep journey of transformation of your external and internal landscape, bringing Harmony, Balance and Love both in your Body and in your Heart.
