My method is deeply inspired by the 5Rhythms Dance moving meditation practice developed by Gabrielle Roth for “the liberation of Body, Heart, Mind, Soul and Spirit”, of which today I’m a Certified Teacher, together with the broad base of influences that have contributed to this work: from Bioenergetics to Humanistic, Somatic and Transpersonal Psychology, from Gestalt therapy to Psychodrama, Art therapy and the various dance/movement therapies that have followed. It also draws from different spiritual influences: Tantra, Meditation, Yoga, Shamanism and the use of Ritual as a practice of transformation and as a way to restore an healthy expression of Orgasmic Life force energy.

The connection to the frequency of Love has been almost completely lost in today’s society. Consumerism, social media and all its masks, have distanced us from our inner landscapes and from our Truth.
Therefore I deeply believe in integrating back in our lives the free expression of the natural flow of Life force energy (erotic energy), reminding that this sacred tool can be a way for us to experience our deepest and most authentic essence and connect more to the qualities of Playfulness, Pleasure and Joy that constitute our Innate Nature.
